3D As-Built Model of the Station Area | SBB Lucerne, LU

A train station complex. Station building, platform, infrastructure, grounds—everything included, everything modeled.

The assignment was clearly defined: the station building in full 3D, interior and exterior, from the basement to the first floor; three floor plans; cross-sections and longitudinal sections; four facade views; and laid-out 2D plans generated directly from the model.

The annex was deliberately modeled as a cube without windows or doors; only the volume matters—no unnecessary details. The grounds were captured according to the marked perimeter using the Premium standard.

Analysis in ArchiCAD 29. Our own modeling center, integrated directly into the software, with no detours. For SBB, precision is key—and a model that’s ready for planning, not just one that looks nice.
