Bungertweg, Zürich

On Bungertweg in Zurich, impressive, stately villas with a lot of history characterize the cityscape. We were able to survey one of these extraordinary properties using state-of-the-art 3D laser scanning technology. In addition to the magnificent historic villa, the property also includes a newer extension, which was also part of the project.

For the precise renovation planning of our guest, we created a detailed 3D model from the point cloud data recorded on site. The model was implemented in Vectorworks and provides an accurate, reliable basis for all further planning steps.
