Schulhausstrasse & Feldwiesstrasse, Höri

In cooperation with our partner company OLIG, we were able to capture this multi-purpose building, which houses apartments, a restaurant, commercial space as well as a community hall and areas of the fire department, the civil defense and the military, using 3D laser scanners and evaluate it in 3D ArchiCAD.

The 3D model serves as the basis for the building permit, the further development of the multi-purpose building as well as the verification of the floor ownership quotas and provides the planning security to complete the project quickly, efficiently and within budget.
