Oh Vietnam, how can I describe you?

It's noisy, a stifling heat, lots of people everywhere, the traffic more chaotic than I could imagine.

Do I arouse the feeling that I did not like it?
I liked it, and I liked it a lot!
The harmony that flows from a river of diversity is great.
You feel like a little ant that is part of a whole.

I, João Sanches from VDE - Villa Digital Engineering AG , had the opportunity to spend two weeks in Saigon and meet our team from our subsidiary VMT Solutions in person for the first time.

Watching a team of over 40 people interacting with each other and everyone having fun is a great feeling.
Culturally, people in Vietnam value connecting with co-workers much more than in Switzerland.
In Vietnam, there are no "work colleagues"; you don't notice the separation between private life and work.

I felt how young the city of Saigon is, how it is growing and what potential it has. We at the VDE are trying to seize the potential and promote it.
