3D architectural model, single-family house

As part of this project, we created a complete 3D architectural model of a residential property on a pronounced slope.

The building with its generous glazing, cantilevered flat roof and striking steel supports was modeled in great detail - including the outdoor area with pool, terrace and terrain integration.

Particular attention was paid to the realistic representation of the topography: the surrounding terrain was precisely integrated into the model so that the spatial embedding of the building in the slope is clearly visible.

The result serves as the basis for planning, visualization and communication with the client.
