3D Laser Scanning of Shopping Center & Residential Towers | Sunnämärt Bremgarten AG

We conducted a comprehensive 3D laser scanning survey of the Sunnämärt shopping center, including its two residential towers, in Bremgarten (AG).

A technical challenge was the multi-layered nature of the ceilings, consisting of the floor structure, the load-bearing structure, and the suspended ceiling. These complex layers required particularly careful 3D modeling. Using modern methods such as RIEGL laser scanning technology, we were able to capture the entire building precisely and entirely digitally.

We then used ArchiCAD to create a detailed 3D model from the precise point cloud—a reliable foundation for all further planning or renovation steps.
