3D Renovation Plan | Three Apartment Buildings at Albisriederplatz, Zurich

We are in Zurich’s 3rd district, near Albisriederplatz, where three impressive apartment buildings stand. These buildings were constructed in 1910 and underwent extensive renovation in 1991–1992.

At that time, the renovation was carried out without laser scanning and was based on the original construction plans.

Today, technology has advanced significantly, and our team at VDE uses state-of-the-art scanning technology to ensure that every nuance and detail is captured. The resulting 3D data is crucial for future renovations and modernizations.

Thanks to our building survey, renovation planning can now be carried out entirely in 3D. Our model provides the foundation and planning certainty needed to work with the current building stock while preserving the historical charm and structural integrity of this property.
