Alpenblick, Cham

For this high-rise building in Cham, we didn’t capture every single floor in full detail, but instead focused specifically on:
the basement, the ground floor, the stairwell across all levels, and the top floors.

In planning, it’s not always about having 100% of the data – but about having the right information in the right places.

By using the stairwell as a vertical reference, we were able to check all heights and ensure that the floors were perfectly aligned – even without a complete scan in between.

The result: less effort, lower costs, faster delivery – yet all the relevant data for safe and efficient planning.
