For the planning of the new replacement buildings on the brewery site in Uster, we deliberately opted for our reduced drawing standard, the general plan.

As most of the buildings will be demolished, the usual high level of detail is not required. We have developed this standard precisely for such cases - it provides the necessary planning basis without recording unnecessary details for this project, and we always use this standard where it makes sense and discuss this individually with our guests. In this way, we ensure that every planning solution is optimally tailored to the project and requirements.
