Bahnhofstrasse, Saas in Prättigau

In Saas in Prättigau, we were able to digitally capture a residential building with an integrated greenhouse and an outbuilding and implement them as a 3D model in Vectorworks.

The focus was clearly on the residential building and the greenhouse: these were modeled in detail both inside and out so that all relevant rooms, structures and interrelationships are directly comprehensible in the model.

We deliberately kept the outbuilding to a minimum and modeled it as a simple 3D cube. It is precisely this differentiation that makes the difference:

Where it counts for the planning, there is depth in the model - and where it is not necessary, it deliberately remains simple.

The result is not an overloaded model, but a clean, targeted planning basis that can be used efficiently.
