BIM Model of a Residential and Commercial Building | Oberer Quai, Biel, BE
On the Oberer Quai in Biel, VDE surveyed a residential and commercial building using 3D laser scanning. A detailed 3D model was created from the 3D point cloud using the ArchiCAD CAD software. In this project, the 3D model serves as the basis for building permit applications, the further development of the multipurpose building, and the verification of condominium ownership shares.
