Building & Garden Model | Parkring Apartment Building, Zurich

The apartment building on Parkring is located in one of Zurich’s most sought-after residential areas: quiet, green, and yet close to the city. To ensure that the unique character of the house and garden is preserved in future projects, we captured the entire property using 3D laser scanning.

Based on this data, we created a precise 3D model in ArchiCAD that realistically depicts not only the architecture but also the garden areas. This provides a solid foundation for all further planning steps.
