Building & Lot Model: Basement/Ground Floor Focus | Zurich

Project Scope: The assignment was to create a complete 3D model of the two buildings from the outside—including the two associated parcels—and of the interior in the basement and ground floor areas.

On-site Survey: Our surveying manager, Seenujan, handled the task with his usual efficiency and completed the precise on-site survey in just one workday.

Point Cloud Data Processing: Within just 24 hours, we not only analyzed the data but also corrected it for any shifts. This rapid turnaround allowed us to move seamlessly into the next phase.

3D Modeling: For this project, we invested 19 workdays in 3D modeling. This underscores our ability to work efficiently on-site—even with a team of three using three laser scanners when necessary. Our well-established workflow allows us to combine a high level of detail with fast turnaround times, while always meeting the agreed-upon deadlines.
