For this project in Richterswil in the canton of Zurich, we were able to digitally implement an as-built survey - precisely, efficiently and almost unnoticed. The building was completely surveyed by us within a single day. Thanks to state-of-the-art laser scanning technology, high-precision point clouds were created that reliably depict every relevant detail of the existing building.

The special added value for the residents: no disruption to their everyday lives. If we don't meet in person on site, you won't even notice that we were there. Our way of working is quiet, structured and respectful - and we leave the building exactly as we found it.

The digital survey forms a reliable basis for further planning. The recorded data is used to create precise CAD and BIM models that architects and planners can use directly. This turns a single, efficient day of recording into a valuable long-term planning basis with maximum planning reliability.
