On Zielackerstrasse in Frauenfeld stands a classic apartment building from the 1970s. Now, however, it’s time for a facelift. The new owner, who recognized the building’s potential, is now planning to create a modern residential and usage concept that meets today’s needs.
To this end, VDE was commissioned to survey the entire building, apartment by apartment, from the basement to the attic, and to model it in 3D using ArchiCAD.
