Existing Model for Addition | Laax

Due to imprecise plans for the proposed addition, VDE was able to conduct a quick and accurate survey of the building. A 3D model was to be created for the building on the outskirts of the village of Laax.

Using 3D laser scanning, the building was captured from the inside and outside. The as-built condition was precisely derived from the georeferenced point clouds. As a result, the client received a 3D model in ArchiCAD, including 2D floor plans, sections, and elevation views of the entire building.
