We were able to draw on a precise basis for this project: The building survey was carried out by our partner office Sertronas - we were responsible for the subsequent 3D modelling of the building and the site.the detached house is situated on a steep plot. Our aim was to depict the complex topography and all architectural details in such a way that they could be used directly as a planning basis for conversion or extension.
