For the multi-family house in Arbon, a precise 3D laser scan survey was carried out first. Based on the resulting point cloud, a detailed 3D model with fully laid-out 2D plans was created. All building levels were modeled, including floor plans, cross and longitudinal sections, as well as façade views. The entire parcel was also fully captured and modeled. The project was completed in ArchiCAD, and a complimentary one-year access to the point cloud viewer was provided as an additional service.
