Gebäudeaufnahme Einkaufszentrum und Wohnblöcke Sunnemärt, Bremgarten

For the "Sunnämärt" shopping center and its two residential towers in Bremgarten (AG), we carried out a comprehensive 3D laser scanning building survey.

A technical highlight was the multi-layered ceiling structure, consisting of floor build-up, load-bearing elements, and suspended ceilings. These complex levels required particularly meticulous 3D modeling.

Using advanced methods such as RIEGL laser scanning technology, we were able to capture the entire building with high precision and in full detail.

Based on the precise point cloud, we then created a detailed 3D model in ArchiCAD – a reliable foundation for all further planning or renovation steps.
