The main location of the Psychiatric Services Aargau AG (PDAG) is in Brugg-Windisch on the Königsfelden site. In order to be able to offer contemporary psychiatric treatment here in the future, existing buildings must be renovated and new buildings constructed.
On behalf of the client, the building Vetra 1-3 was scanned in detail using a 3D laser scanner. All 677 scan positions were combined to create a highly accurate, three-dimensional point cloud of the property.
From the collected data, a 3D ArchiCAD BIM model was modeled which serves as a planning basis for the architects, planners and engineers who planned and implemented the renovation.
