Hotel Survey During Normal Operations | Opera & Ambassador Zurich Seefeld

The Hotel Opera and the Hotel Ambassador are located in the heart of idyllic Seefeld. The Hotel Opera was fully surveyed, both inside and out, to create a 3D ArchiCAD model based on the data. For the Hotel Ambassador, the specific task was to assess the facades and the attic, since no renovations are currently being carried out in the other areas.

The challenge with hotels is surveying the many rooms—which are often occupied by guests—while the hotel remains open for business. VDE works discreetly and protects the privacy of everyone involved. By using state-of-the-art surveying technology, individual rooms can be surveyed in just a few minutes, allowing guests to continue their stay undisturbed.
