Josefstrasse, Zürich

On the charming Josefstrasse in Zurich, we brought a historic residential building to digital life. With meticulous precision, we created a 3D model that not only captures the architecture but also the unique character of the house—from the winding basement up to the light-filled attic.

Every detail was captured using state-of-the-art laser scanning technology and transformed into a digital replica in ArchiCAD Version 27. The timeless elegance of the façade, the stairwells filled with stories, and the rooms that have housed many lives—all of this was digitally preserved and is now available to planners in versatile formats such as ArchiCAD File, DWG, DXF, and PDF.

To make the building’s magic even more tangible, we also offer free access to the point cloud viewer for one year. This allows the spaces to not only be planned but also virtually experienced—as if walking through the building and feeling the charm of bygone days.
