A 3D model that “comes to life” and grows over the years—that’s exactly what this project in Laax impressively demonstrates. Instead of a one-time snapshot, our model here is continuously adapted and expanded to accommodate new construction projects.
2015: The site and buildings were surveyed and modeled from the outside—as the basis for the modernization of facades and balconies. Spring 2024: The swimming pool was surveyed and integrated into the existing 3D model. Summer 2024: Garages and parking spaces were expanded to make room for new electric vehicle charging stations.
This demonstrates how a consistent 3D model serves as a dynamic planning foundation over the years, helping to keep a large residential complex continuously modern and up-to-date—expansion by expansion—without having to start from scratch each time.
