MEP Modeling for an Industrial Facility | Lindt & Sprüngli, Olten

An exciting project covering everything from the specific requirements during filming to post-production, including the cables and equipment.

Hygiene and safety regulations had to be strictly adhered to throughout the survey. We received thorough on-site instruction on these matters even before the survey began, which allowed us to prepare accordingly.

This project focused on two older buildings at the center of the facility. Due to their central location and the connections of piping to other systems, not only were the buildings themselves relevant, but also the adjacent facades as well as the MEP systems and their connections.

The result provides detailed information on the architecture of the two buildings, their surroundings, and all piping and machinery in and around the buildings.
