For the upcoming modernization of the Kursana senior citizens' residence at Spisertor in St. Gallen, we were able to carry out the complete building survey in just a few days. With the help of 3D laser scanning, a precise digital as-built model was created that reliably depicts the actual condition of the building, which is over 30 years old.

This 3D planning basis serves Forma Architekten and Rhomberg Bau as a central basis for further project planning and coordination. The model creates maximum planning security and efficient further processing in the CAD / BIM workflow, particularly with regard to the planned renovation.
