For our latest project in Winterthur, we had the exciting task of transforming a commercial property into a precise 3D CAD model. To do this, we carried out a thorough building survey, which took us through every room from the basement to the top floor. How long does such a survey take? Just one working day for us.

To give our guest planning security early on, we handed over the project in stages. First we delivered the 2nd floor, then the ground floor and finally the final handover. This allowed our guest to start planning during the process.

The finished 3D model is an immediately editable tool for architects and property owners. It enables them to understand the property down to the smallest detail, recognise potential and develop innovative usage options.
