Oberdorfstrasse, Buch b. Märwil

The Buch near Märwil is a historic residential and stable building with everything that goes with it: half-timbering, vaults, a mature roof structure - and an existing geometry that was not fully captured in any existing drawing.

VDE laser-scanned the building with high precision and created a complete BIM model in the Premium drawing standard. The exterior of the residential building is complete with all façade and architectural details, while the interior includes the room structure and floor heights. The barn was completely modeled inside and out - including the roof structure, wooden supporting structure and all room details.

The result: a model that architects, conservationists and planners can use immediately. Without queries. Without re-measuring.
