At Oberen Quai in Biel, VDE surveyed a residential and commercial building using 3D laser scanning. From the 3D point cloud, a detailed 3D model was modeled in the CAD software ArchiCAD. In this project, the 3D model serves as the basis for building submissions, the further development of the multi-purpose building and the verification of the floor ownership quotas.
