Premium Survey of a Historic Mansard-Roofed Villa | Zurich

On Zurich’s prestigious Bellerivestrasse, we had the opportunity to fully digitize a historically protected villa from the early 20th century. The elegant building, with its characteristic mansard roof and exquisite details, was modeled in great detail, including the entire lot.

Using ArchiCAD 27, we created a 3D model meeting the highest drafting standards, extending from the basement to the second attic level.

This model serves as a reliable foundation for renovations, restorations, or archiving—while simultaneously preserving a piece of Zurich’s architectural heritage in the digital realm.
