Selective Building Survey | Cham High-Rise

For this high-rise building in Cham, we did not fully survey every single floor, but instead focused specifically on:

the basement, the ground floor, the stairwell across all floors and the top floors.

After all, planning doesn’t always require 100% coverage—it requires exactly the right information in the right places.

By surveying the stairwell, we were able to verify all elevations and ensure that the floors are precisely aligned with one another—even where a complete survey wasn’t conducted in between.

The result: less effort, lower costs, shorter delivery times—and yet all the relevant data needed for safe and efficient planning.
