For the two properties located in the old town of Aarburg, we carried out a complete 3D survey. Using state-of-the-art 3D laser scanning technology, all floors, from the basement up to the attic, were captured with millimetre precision and processed into a BIM-ready 3D model in ArchiCAD 28.

From the point cloud, fully laid-out 2D plans were created, including all floor plans, sections, and façade elevations, providing a detailed and accurate documentation of the buildings.

The terrain of the entire parcel was also modelled to provide a complete and reliable basis for future planning and documentation.
