Stolzestrasse 3, Zürich

For the property at Stolzestrasse 3 in Zurich, we were commissioned to carry out a 3D building survey using laser scanning.

The striking corner building with its tower top, oriels and delicate balcony projections dates from the turn of the century and is a typical example of Belle Époque urban housing. The image was captured in just one day using the latest RIEGL laser scanning technology. A precise 3D model was then created from the point cloud in ArchiCAD.
