Swimming pool, Lyss

For the swimming pool in Lyss, we were able to create a complete, consistent 3D as-built model based on high-precision 3D laser scanning data from our partner office RSW. The point cloud depicted the exact reality of the facility - from the pool landscapes to the diving and slide facilities to the changing pavilions, the ticket office and technical buildings.

The aim of the project was to create a reliable digital planning basis that clearly and comprehensibly depicts the extensive geometry of a public outdoor pool. The 3D CAD model creates clarity, spatial consistency and planning reliability.

The resulting model enables architects, specialist planners and clients to work directly on the existing building - to check variants, derive sections and further develop details without any loss of interpretation.
