Via Albarelle, 6612 Ascona

In Ascona, we captured the property on Via Albarelle using state-of-the-art 3D laser scanning.
From the point clouds, a detailed 3D model in ArchiCAD was created, complemented by 2D layouts as well as the terrain up to 1 m around the façades.

This provides the client with seamless digital documentation – a reliable basis for renovations, refurbishments, or extensions, while preserving the unique character of Ascona.
