Building survey in Richterswil - clarity for planningA detached house, several construction phases, a sloping plot - in this project in Richterswil, it quickly became clear that a clean 3D building survey was needed for reliable conversion planning.

Using 3D laser scanning, we precisely recorded the entire building, including the terrain, and created a deformation-compliant 3D model - georeferenced and ready for further processing.

For the architect, this meant full planning security thanks to traceable dimensions, seamless integration into their own CAD system and the immediate start of planning - without additional remeasurement. The sloping walls of the old building were also realistically depicted in the model, which enabled efficient and precise further processing.
