Back in Switzerland after nine years: A visit from Art Director Trang

This summer, we had the great pleasure of welcoming our esteemed Head of Underwriting, Trang, back to Switzerland after nine years. Her visit was a highlight that enriched us not only professionally but also personally.

Although we’re in close daily contact and our collaboration on quotations and data verification runs smoothly, face-to-face interaction is invaluable. Given the distance between Switzerland and Vietnam, it makes a real difference to meet not only on screen but also out in the field.

It was particularly valuable that Trang spent a full day working directly on-site in the field. This allowed us to receive immediate feedback during the scanning process for the subsequent evaluation and to work together on improvements that very same day—an exchange that is difficult to replicate via video call.
