In the idyllic mountain setting of Obersays, the building on Oberdorfstrasse was precisely surveyed using 3D laser scanning and digitally converted into an accurate 3D CAD model in Vectorworks by our building surveying team. In addition, a complete digital representation of the building and site was created, serving as a reliable foundation for planning, documentation, and further project phases.
This project demonstrates how modern 3D surveying, 3D laser scanning, and 3D modeling can deliver precise, high-quality as-built data even in alpine environments.
