As part of this project, the existing factory complex was comprehensively surveyed and digitally captured. The goal was to create a precise and reliable basis for future planning and renovation work. All building sections were recorded using modern surveying techniques and represented in a detailed 3D model.

The resulting model was created in ArchiCAD and accurately depicts the entire existing structure. It serves not only as a visual representation but also as a technical foundation for further use in architectural and engineering planning. By combining precise surveying with model-based implementation, a consistent and verifiable digital documentation of the entire factory site was achieved.

The project makes a significant contribution to efficient planning, refurbishment, and expansion of the existing building structure, supporting the sustainable development of the site.
