Avenue de la Gare, Estavayer-le-Lac

For Cydonia SA in Grand-Lancy, we carried out a comprehensive digital as-built survey at Avenue de la Gare in Estavayer-le-Lac. Based on a precise on-site 3D survey, we created a detailed and high-quality building model developed according to a premium 3D drawing standard in ArchiCAD.

Using state-of-the-art measuring technology, we were able to document all relevant building elements with millimetre accuracy. The resulting BIM model in ArchiCAD meets the highest requirements in terms of precision, structure, and model depth. It provides a fully consistent and clearly organised data foundation that can be seamlessly integrated into further planning, analysis, and project development workflows.

Thanks to the premium-level 3D model, the client not only receives exact geometric information but also a transparent and long-term usable digital documentation of the entire building. This ensures maximum planning reliability, supports efficient collaboration, and enables well-informed decision-making in all future project phases.
