For this existing building in Hünenberg, we carried out a comprehensive digital survey in order to create a precise basis for further planning. Especially in the case of conversions and transformations in existing buildings, it is crucial to record the actual condition of a building completely and comprehensibly.

In the first step, the building was measured in three dimensions on site. The recorded data was processed into a point cloud, which provides an exact geometric representation of the actual condition of the building.

On this basis, a precise 3D CAD as-built model was created that digitally represents all relevant building structures and can be used directly in the planning process.

The model serves as a reliable basis for architects and planners to efficiently develop conversions, renovations or extensions and to understand spatial relationships at an early stage.
