A detailed 3D model of a single-family house in Obersaxen Mundaun was created using Archicad. The project is characterized by its timber-based construction, combining traditional Alpine architecture with a contemporary design language. The digital building model was developed with high precision, accurately representing all structural elements , from the load-bearing framework to the interior finishes.
The focus of the work was on the careful coordination of planning data and the preparation of the model for visualizations and execution planning. Thanks to the high level of detail, the architectural quality of the design could be effectively conveyed, while communication between project participants was optimized. The timber house blends harmoniously into the scenic landscape of Obersaxen Mundaun and stands as an example of sustainable, contemporary construction.
