For a charming single-family house with a distinctive wooden façade, we captured the entire property—inside and out—using state-of-the-art 3D laser scanning. From the precise point clouds, a BIM-ready 3D model in Vectorworks 2023 was created, faithfully reproducing the wooden façade structure as well as the roof shape and every construction detail.

This digital model provides a reliable basis for renovations, energy upgrades, or future extensions. It preserves the natural character of the wooden façade while enabling new design ideas to be planned and implemented with millimeter accuracy.
