Weiherstrasse, Illnau-Effretikon

For the project on Weiherstrasse in Illnau-Effretikon, we created an accurate 3D model of the existing building in ArchiCAD. This work was based on a detailed on-site 3D survey.

The digital as-built capture resulted in a consistent and high-quality BIM model that serves as a reliable foundation for planning, analysis, and future project decisions. The outcome is a transparent, precisely documented, and efficiently reusable digital representation of the building.
