3D CAD As-Built Model for Renovation | Seestrasse, Männedorf, ZH

Männedorf, a charming lakeside community on the sunny shore of Lake Zurich. One of the prime locations in the town is Seestrasse, and this is also where our current project is located.

The building has been continuously expanded and modified over the years, making renovation challenging without a reliable overview of the existing structure. But these problems are now a thing of the past. Thanks to 3D laser scanning, we can completely survey buildings like this one in just one day.

The resulting point cloud data then serves as the basis for 3D CAD modeling.
