3D Laser Scanning of a Historic Villa | Bungertweg, Zurich

On Bungertweg in Zurich, impressive, stately villas steeped in history define the cityscape. We had the privilege of surveying one of these extraordinary properties using state-of-the-art 3D laser scanning technology. In addition to the magnificent historic villa, the property also includes a newer addition, which was also part of the project.

To support our client’s precise renovation planning, we created a detailed 3D model from the point cloud data collected on-site. The model was rendered in Vectorworks and provides an accurate, reliable foundation for all subsequent planning steps.
