3D Survey | Richterswil Rowing Club

The rowers need more space and want to build a rowing center. “We’re not planning for ourselves, but for the next generation,” said the president of the rowing club, adding, “We don’t need much, but we do need more space.”

To ensure the new rowing center can be designed to meet the requirements, VDE surveyed the unique building—located beneath a street—using a 3D laser scanner and then modeled the digital design basis in 3D ArchiCAD.
