Basis for Renovation | Farmhouse in the Bernese Seeland

The farmhouse combines artisanal craftsmanship and family tradition, with distinctive features such as its half-timbered structure and sweeping roof.

Preserving this traditional farmhouse requires ongoing maintenance and renovation. In preparation for an upcoming major renovation, we created a 3D model from point cloud data, which will serve as the basis for the building permit application and construction plans.
