BIM As-Built Model for Renovation Planning | Bühl Wädenswil Foundation

The Bühl Foundation is wholeheartedly committed to ensuring that children and young people with intellectual or learning disabilities can lead self-determined lives. Its mission is to help them integrate professionally and socially and to actively participate in society. At our center, children learn to “do more” and are supported in reaching their full potential.

To ensure that the children can continue to learn in a first-class facility in the future, major renovations are now underway.

The first step? A thorough assessment. Using laser scanners, we mapped the entire area in need of renovation.

From this point cloud data, we created a detailed 3D ArchiCAD model that helps us precisely plan and carry out the necessary renovations.
