BIM Modeling of an Existing Building | Casa Rossa, Carabietta, TI

For the Casa Rossa project in Carabietta, we created a complete, precise 3D model of the building. The modeling was done in ArchiCAD and is based on a detailed on-site 3D survey.

The combination of digital as-built surveying and BIM modeling resulted in a highly accurate, consistent building model that serves as the foundation for planning, analysis, and future project decisions. Digital surveying enables efficient coordination, increased planning reliability, and transparent documentation of the existing structure.
