Building Survey of a Villa | Marktgasse, Bülach, ZH

VDE conducted a building survey of the Villa Marktgasse in Bülach using 3D laser scanning and modeled an accurate 3D model from the point cloud in ArchiCAD using the “High” drawing standard—from the historic facade to the interior spaces.

The 3D models created from the laser scanner data are so detailed that nothing stands in the way of reliable and seamless planning. This provides the building owner with a solid digital foundation upon which further planning steps can be built precisely and without any surprises regarding the existing structure.
